Self positioning crisis. 99.9% of college graduates think that the current employment situation is very severe; 50% think that there are too many college graduates, and the market has been basically saturated. 40% of the graduates choose their first job in provincial-level cities, and 30% would rather lose their jobs than go to backward areas or community grassroots work.
